TERMS & CONDITIONS

RE-SCHEDULE/CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please ensure you read and understand our re-schedule/cancellation policy upon booking.  

We require 48 business hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide 48 business hours reserves us the right to forfeit your booking fee.

NO-SHOW

Again, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no-show policy. Please ensure you have read and understand our no-show policy upon booking.

If you fail to show to your appointment, you not only forfeit your booking fee but you will also be required to pay the remainder of your treatment cost, resulting in 100% charge of the service.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

All appointments require deposits prior to booking and are nonrefundable or transferable to other clients. The deposit can be transferred to another appointment time if more than 48 business hours’ notice of a cancellation/change has been given.

If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 business hours’ notice, your deposit will then turn into a credit on your account which must be used within 3 months from the date of cancellation/amendment.

 

Deposits, payments and credits are not refundable nor transferrable to a gift voucher.

REFUNDS

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds on any services, including gift vouchers.

CREDITS

If a deposit or payment converts to a credit, you will have 3 months to use your credit towards another service. After 3 months, credits will expire and become obsolete.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers that are issued from JH Skin & Beauty have a 12-month expiry. It is up to the holder of the gift voucher to keep the expiry date in check and use in a timely manner.

ARRIVING LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT

Should you be late to your appointment; we will always try our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the treatment time and how late you are, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will then be treated as a ‘no show’ and the ‘no show’ policy will come into effect.

If you are late to your appointment but we can still perform some of the service, you will still be required to pay for the treatment in full. For example, if you were booked in for a Brow Sculpt & Tint but we only had time for the sculpt, you will still be required to pay for the Brow Sculpt & Tint treatment.

CHANGING OF TREATMENT AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT

Should you get to your appointment and decide to do another treatment to less of value, you will still be required to pay for the treatment you booked in for initially. For example, if you were booked in for a Brow Lamination but at the time of your treatment you decided to only have a brow sculp and dye done, then you will still be required to pay for the brow lamination. This is due to having the therapist booked out for a longer period of time and needing to cover costs of expenses. This is particularly important to remember if you have booked in a lash lift and tint or lamination and the eyelashes or brow hairs cannot be processed due to booking too early since your last appointment.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON

​We understand finding a babysitter for your child can be challenging. However, as we offer relaxation services to other clients as well, we kindly request that you check with us beforehand to bring your child to your appointment at the salon. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
