FAT CAVITATION
Ultrasonic cavitation is a non-surgical fat reduction treatment that uses sound waves to flush fat from the body. When will I see results?
Immediately and results continue to improve in the week following treatment, with optimal results after 6-12 treatments
Are the results permanent?
Ultrasonic cavitation does not destroy the fat cells; rather it empties them of their contents, which means the cells are capable of storing fat again. As long as the client maintains their weight with diet and exercise, long-term results are achievable.
How many areas can I do at one time?
No more than 6 areas can be treated at one time. This is because you don't want to overload the lymphatic system.
How long do I need to leave between treatments?
It is recommended that you leave approx 1 week between treatments but no closer than 3 days between treatments as the lymphatic system needs time to work.
What should I expect during the treatment?
The treatment is completely non-invasive. Clients will feel warmth on the treatment area but its totally comfortable. Clients will experience a cricket-like sound in their ears as a result from the ultrasonic waves going through the body, however, this sound is only heard by the client.
What should I expect after the treatment?
Immediately after treatment the skin may look red but clients can return to usual activity straight away.
What before and after care should I follow?
- Drink 2L of water prior and after the treatment
- Alcohol should be avoided 48hrs before and after the treatment
- Maintain healthy diet and exercise.
- Light excersize such as a brisk walk is recommended after treatment to kick-start your lymphatic system
Can I return to work after the treatment?
Absolutely! There is no down time and you can return to doing your normal day to day activities.
What is the difference between Fat Freezing and Cavitation?
Fat freezing is where the fat cells are removed from the body using the lymphatic system whereas cavitation is where the fat cells are emptied of their contents using the lymphatic system.
FAT FREEZING
Cryolipolysis (also known as Fat Freezing) is a non-surgical fat reduction treatment which uses controlled cooling to selectively target and eliminate stubborn fat. The results are proven, noticeable and lasting.
During a treatment, an anti-freezing membrane and cooling applicator is applied to the treatment area. The skin and adipose tissue is drawn into the applicator where controlled cooling is safely delivered to the targeted fat. The dead fat cells are then naturally processed and eliminated by the body's lymphatic system.
After the age of 5, the body stops producing new fat cells. When a person gains or loses weight, the fat cells merely become bigger or smaller. The actual number of fat cells remains exactly the same. Through fat reduction procedures such as cryolipolysis, the number of fat cells within the body is reduced, so whatever fat cells you lose, you lose forever.

What is HIEMT?
HIEMT standing for High-intensity electromagnetic technology contracts muscles in a specific location with a powerful but safe form of electromagnetic stimulation. These magnetic fields generate electrical currents, which are then transferred to the muscles, where they contract often enough to develop muscle and burn fat. Final results can be as dramatic as looking to be the equal of six months of dieting and workouts are typically noticeable four weeks after your treatment plan is completed, or about six weeks after your first session.
How many sessions do I need to have?
We recommend completing two lots of 4 sessions for ideal results. Results will be seen with just 4 sessions, sometimes even after 1 session.
Does it hurt?
Every client's comfort and pain is different. Some people feel slight discomfort, others may not feel anything at all. It does feel like an intense workout as your muscles are undergoing a vigorous series of contractions every few minutes for a total of 30 minutes. The treatment initially feels quite intense, however, clients get used to the sensation during the treatment.
What areas can this be done on?
HIEMT can be performed on the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, and upper arms.
Is there any downtime?
No recovery time is needed. You can continue back to normal activity following treatment.
Who CAN'T have this treatment?
You cannot have HIEMT if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, implanted neurostimulator, drug pump, or electric implanted device. If you have metal rods, pins, plates, metal IUD, or orthopedic implants/joints. Pulmonary insufficiency, cardiac disorders, epilepsy, or active malignancy. Bleeding disorders or taking a blood thinner. History of hernia repair with mesh or any recent surgical procedure in the area (including C-section). Any injury, damage, or tear to muscle or soft tissue in the area to be treated including active hernia. The device cannot be used near the chest, head, or neck and you MUST be over 18 years of age.
Are there any Risks?
Whilst HIEMT is generally considered safe and well-tolerated, there are certain risks that individuals should be aware of before undergoing the treatment. Risks include muscle soreness, redness, and swelling (usually mild and temporary), muscle injury (this is a small risk but possible, especially with pre-existing muscle conditions), and nerve sensation (some people may experience temporary tingling or nerve sensations during the procedure. It is usually not painful, but might feel unusual).
What do I need to do before the treatment?
Remove all metal objects, including body piercings, and clothes with metal attachments or studs. Treatment should be at least 1hr after meals. Drink lots of water and eat food with high protein content.
What do I need to do after the treatment?
Drink lots of water and eat food with high protein content. Avoid anti-inflammatory medications or other muscle relaxants immediately after the treatment. These medications may interfere with the natural muscle-building process. If you experience mild tenderness or discomfort in the treated area, a warm compress may ease muscle tension. Avoid alcohol and caffeine for at least 24 hours. These substances can dehydrate the body and in effect may interfere with muscle recovery.

How does it work?
RF generates heat down to the collagen-rich dermis at temperatures of 40 degrees on the surface of the skin, and above 60 degrees below the skin. How long does RF take to work?
